Please submit information for each person from your household (up to two persons) applying for scholarship. PLEASE PRINT LEGIBLY.

Note: This form is only for applying for scholarships. Festival registration must be sent separately after you are notified (1 week before the Early Bird cutoff date) of the outcome of your application.

Scholarships are offered to assist Folk Project members who would otherwise be unable to attend Festival due to financial constraints. This is an honor system. No verification will be done; however, we hope that applicants will be considerate and apply only for the level of scholarship that they need: $45 or $90. Scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis until available funds have been allocated.

Timeframe: Applications will be accepted starting March 7, 2008 (6 weeks before the Early Bird cutoff) and must be received no later than April 4, 2008 (2 weeks before the Early Bird cutoff). This application is to be submitted in hard copy to the Scholarship Coordinator at the following address
